RULES

This award application is valid for contacts made on the Triple H Net starting with
January 1, 1989, and requires QSO exchanges with 150 different USA (Continental)
prefixes.

In an attempt to make this award more challenging, you must make QSO's with no less
than 10 different domestic prefixes in each of the 10 USA Call districts. No Alaska
or Hawaii, or any other US possession will count. You may not count any portable or
mobile stations worked, but, you yourself could be either (stations working you will
not be able to count your station, however). Additionally, you cannot count stations
who reside outside their own call district #; ie, W2LTP who resides in Delaware (#3)
could not be used for the W2 in his callsign. This award is intended to be a bigger
challenge, and to stimulate working new check-in's.

You will need at least 5 Xerox copies of this sheet(or 5 print-outs), with each one
being used for two districts. Be careful not to duplicate prefixes!  Although you
will have to work more than 10 prefixes in a particular call district, you must work
a minimum of 10 in each district, for a total of 150 different prefixes. 
There are no endorsements available.
